Use of this Site
This site is a general purpose site and is not for use by children under the age of 13. By creating an account on this site, you are verifying that you are 18 years of age or older. If Daves Pro Shop becomes aware that you are under the age of 18, your account will be removed immediately. 

All user content including opinions and advice does not necessarily represent Daves Pro Shop's views, whether it's found on our site or others. Daves Pro Shop is not responsible for the views and opinions of our customers.

You, as a customer of Daves Pro Shop, are responsible for the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility of all actions that occur under your account.

You must not use this site in a way that causes damage to the website or impairment of the accessibility to the site; or in anyway that is illegal or harmful, or in connection with any illegal or harmful activities. 

You must not use this site to copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, or distribute any material that contains or is connected to spyware, virus, keystroke loggers, rootkits, or other malicious software.

Products
All products described on this site are subject to changes. If a change does occur, we will always do our best to keep each description as up to date as possible. We continue to make all efforts necessary to accurately show each product.  

Plaque Tax
Plaques are taxable for PA Sales ONLY. 

Unlisted Products
If you don't see what you're looking for, it's still possible that we carry it in our retail store. Just give us a call at: 814-834-6116 or TOLL FREE 1-800-387-3617, or email us at: sales@davesproshop.com. As always, we are always happy to meet requests if possible. 

Returns/Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the day your order was delivered as long as the item is unused, and in it's original boxes and packaging. Orders not received in their original box, or that show visible signs of wear or use, may be subject to a fee deducted off of their refund, or a refusal of return. Please note, returns/exchanges are NOT accepted on any products with custom engraving that include errors caused by fault of the customer or shipping carrier. If the customized product is defective by fault of Daves Pro Shop, we will either refund or exchange your product. 

• Shipping Charges and Engraved Products are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• All return/exchange orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping
As always, your item will be shipped to the address given at time of checkout. Daves Pro Shop is not responsible for mistyped addresses. The delivery carier is responsible for risk of loss and title for products purchased. You as a customer are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. 

Refunds for Shipping
Daves Pro Shop cannot refund any shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package, then you will be credited for the items in your order (as long as it is within our return guidelines) but not for your shipping charges. The reason is simple; UPS and USPS charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds tous on returns or refusals.

Indemnity
You hereby indemnify Daves Pro Shop and undertake to keep Daves Pro Shop indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Daves Pro Shop to a third party) incurred or suffered by Daves Pro Shop arising out of any breach caused by you of any provision of these terms and conditions. Daves Pro Shop is not responsible and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may affect your computer, or device being used to view this site and/or purchase products listed.

Breaches
If you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Daves Pro Shop may take such action as Daves Pro Shop deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending or prohibiting your access to the website, blocking your IP address, and/or bringing court proceedings against you

Revisons
Daves Pro Shop may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
